All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or installed cutting tools (blades, drill bits, grinding wheels)
  • Opened packages of abrasives and sandpaper
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and workwear that has been worn
  • Special order or custom-configured tools

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all included materials

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
