The 18V Brushless Slide Switch Angle Grinder has a variable speed function that allows users to select the optimum speed for the accessory and the application and is designed to suit the needs of fabricators, engineers, welders and stonemasons.
- Automatic torque drive – automatically adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimum performance
- Soft start – slowly increases speed to full rpm for safe and smooth operation
- Anti-kickback – turns the motor off if the rotation of the wheel is suddenly forced to stop preventing the tool from kicking backwards
- Anti-restart – the tool will not start if the switch is engaged when a is installed. The switch must first return to the off position
- Variable speed – dial allows the rpm of the grinder to be controlled at a range between 3,000 and 8,500rpm
- XPT eXtreme Protection Technology – for use in outdoor applications or harsh environments, protection from dust and moisture is enhanced
