The 18V Brushless AWS Paddle Switch Angle Grinder has a variable speed function that allows users to select the optimum speed for the accessory and the application and features improved dust extraction technology. It is designed to suit the needs of fabricators, engineers, welders and stonemasons.
- Anti-restart – the tool will not start if the switch is engaged when a is installed. The switch must first return to the off position
- Automatic torque drive – automatically adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimum performance
- Soft start – slowly increases speed to full rpm for safe and smooth operation
- Anti-kickback – turns the motor off if the rotation of the wheel is suddenly forced to stop preventing the tool from kicking backwards
- AWS – Auto-Start Wireless System, allows the tool and compatible vacuum to run automatically while the switch trigger of the angle grinder is being pulled
- Variable speed – dial allows the rpm of the grinder to be controlled at a range between 3,000 and 8,500rpm
- XPT eXtreme Protection Technology – for use in outdoor applications or harsh environments, protection from dust and moisture is enhanced
