The 12V Max CXT Brushless Polisher/Sander (PV301D) is a compact solution for precise detail polishing or sanding applications. A dual speed selector provides 0- 2,800 RPM in polish mode and 0-9,500 RPM in sanding mode. A variable speed trigger with power lock-on provides added convenience and comfort during use. The brushless motor enables the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer run time performance and rubberised gear housing helps protect delicate surfaces. The polisher/sander features Anti-restart protection, which is engineered to prevent motor start up when the is inserted with a power switch in locked-on position.

• Compact Design – for improved handling and control the overall length has is only 160mm in length for comfortable use in narrow or delicate locations
• Standard with Polishing & Sanding Pads – both polishing and sanding pads are provided as standard and can simply be screwed ON/OFF at the spindle. The 75mm hook and loop style polishing pad accepts 80mm polishing accessories. While the sanding pad accepts 50mm twist on / twist off type sanding pads.
• 2 Speed Mechanical Gearing – 2 speed gearing has been optimised for each application. Speed 1 is designed for polishing applications providing 2,800rpm.
• While speed 2 has a no load speed of 9,500rpm ideal for sanding applications.
• Removable dust covers – sanding and polishing applications produce a great deal of small dust and fibers that can potentially enter the motor and cause damage. The removable covers block dust and fibers from entering the motor housing and can also be removed and cleaned to maintain optimal airflow to the motor.
• Lock on trigger – trigger can be locked on to reduce hand fatigue in continuous applications as well as increasing control allowing the use to hold the tool in the most comfortable position for each application.
• XPT – Extreme Protection Technology protects the tool against dust & moisture even in the harshest jobsite conditions, increasing durability
